Begin by accessing your Arbutus Watches account. If you haven't created one, it's quick and easy.
Upload relevant information and images for an estimate.
We will send you a confirmation with instructions on how to prepare your watch.
Once we've received your AR watch, we will provide an accurate quotation for your confirmation.
You will receive a store credit to your account used for your next purchase.
We will evaluate all authentic Arbutus watches and provide an estimate quotation.
After evaluation, if your watch is not suitable for store credit, we will provide the option to return, to recycle or to restore.
Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending their watches for evaluation. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure your watch arrives safetly.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to cancel your trade-in request. However, once the trade-in is complete and store credit has been issued, we may not be able to reverse the transaction.
